Discount Tire provided fast, professional service and made the entire experience hassle-free. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find the right tires at a fair price. The work was completed quickly, and I left feeling confident in the quality of the service.

I've used this location a couple of times for tire-related issues, and the experience has generally been positive. The staff are helpful and explain the options without making the process complicated. Service can be a little busy at times, but the work has always been completed as expected. Overall, it's a dependable place to go when tires need attention.

i’d give a one star if I could. The experience i’ve had here was terrible. I’ve been here multiple times years ago. Recently i was calling around for tire prices got a decent quote and asked when I can get them done. Guy told me they have only an hour walk in time right now. So I dropped it off and paid at 1:30. Go back at 3 and said it would be done by 3:25. So i waited as per usuall its around the 1-2 hour mark. I sat there until 5:05 until they finally moved my car. Absolutely terrible service. In the past i’ve spoken to the manager and they lied about how old my tires were. I asked to speak to the manager and nothing. The manager also told me at 3:30 it should be in the bay in 15 mins as it’s next up. Should have just told me a realistic wait time instead of making me sit there that long. DO NOT RECCOMEND this place. Will be the last time i go here.

Oh my stars!!! I was so impressed with my entire experience this morning. After getting a flat and needing roadside assistance, I drove to your Hayden location and waited for the doors to open. I was greeted with a smile outside on my way in. Everyone was so fast and friendly. I got 4 new tires and was on my way in less than 30 min. Wow!! Definitely recommend! So professional and great sense of urgency! You saved my day! Thank you again!!

I brought my brand-new car in on a Saturday after popping a tire, and the experience has been quite frustrating. First, they told me they ordered the replacement tire — but when I called on Monday to check the status, they admitted it was never ordered. They placed the order then, and by Friday, I was told my tire was finally ready. After picking it up, I realized they had ordered the wrong tire. On top of that, my wheel had several major scratches. Thankfully, Salvador, was very helpful and understanding throughout all the issues. He helped get the correct tire ordered and did his best to make things right, which I really appreciated. Still, when I went back to have the correct tire installed, the wheel came back in worse condition than before — this is a new car to me, and my wheels were brand new when I brought them in. They did offer to reimburse me for the cost of having the wheel powder-coated to fix the damage, which I do appreciate, but honestly, that doesn’t make up for the carelessness. I now have to spend my own time and energy finding someone to repair something that should never have been damaged in the first place. First photo was Friday, the first time we picked
